Audience Loyalty Healthcheck is an established management tool, created by Katy Raines, to establish customer loyalty in arts organisations and make recommendations for increasing income.

Using data (where available) and management process, we analyse the information through standardised and rigorous methods, and produce benchmarkable loyalty figures for the organisation. Healthchecks have now been run with over 60 organisations since 2006, providing a solid base for comparisons by artform, turnover and geographic location.

Audience Loyalty Healthcheck costs from £2495 + VAT per organisation within the UK.

Prices for Healthchecks outside of the UK will reflect travel and accommodation costs.
