Leo Sharrock specialises in using audience data and secondary analysis tools to help cultural organisations to grow their audiences, based on a thorough understanding of who their users and non-users are. He has developed an expertise in gaining an understanding of audiences and their behaviour by using tools such as GIS mapping, socio-demographic profiling tools (ACORN, Mosaic and Arts Council England’s arts-based Segmentation system), databases & ticketing systems, and research data such as the Taking Part and TGI surveys. Leo has worked with many of the UK’s leading arts organisations and national umbrella bodies.
