We are delighted to have been shortlisted alongside our Insights Alliance partners Baker Richards and One Further for three #TBA21 Awards by The Ticketing Business Forum.
At the start of the pandemic, Indigo’s work pivoted to support the successful recovery of the cultural sector and assist organisations in understanding how Covid has impacted audience needs. After the Interval generated the largest set of cultural audience sentiment data in the world, shared freely for the benefit of the entire sector.
Founding partner and CEO Katy Raines then went on to form the Insights Alliance in partnership with Baker Richards and One Further, which has delivered the Culture Restart Toolkit and Missing Audiences surveys with the aim of supporting the sector’s restart and recovery. For this work, Indigo has been recognised in the Insights & Analytics category, alongside a joint nomination for the Insights Alliance in the Ticketing Business of The Year category.
Katy Raines has been shortlisted for the Executive of The Year Award for her leadership and oversight of the programmes.
