With memberships and subscriptions available for everything from gyms to coffee, TV to theme parks, what can we in the creative and cultural sector learn about audience behaviour now? What needs to current models meet? And what else might we provide for audiences to build connection, engagement and loyalty (not to mention revenue) ourselves?
