This is an effective way to get meaningful feedback from culturally engaged non-attenders on their barriers and motivators to visit you. It helps you find out what they value about their experience with you when they come, allowing you to plan more effective marketing strategies.
Note: This is a qualitative approach and is therefore indicative rather than generalisable.

What’s included:
- Recruitment of 10-12 participants from the Indigo Audience Panel who are culturally engaged but do NOT attend your organisation, within appropriate travel times
- Organisation of tickets/entry to visit you and administration/management of this with participants
- Pre-visit short survey to gather preconceptions and expectations
- Ensure participants visit as planned
- Run two focus groups with participants to gather feedback
- Findings written up in a report
- Presentation to you and any key colleagues
