Coventry 2021

As part of Coventry's bid to become UK City of Culture in 2021 they wanted help to understand how audiences and visitors are engaging with culture now.

We worked with various partners to pull-together a range of customer data – held by multiple local venues and organisations – to provide an overall picture of customer behaviour across the city.

From this baseline information, annually progress can be measured in the lead-up to 2021.
