Indigo was the lead evaluator on this 6-month cultural festival as part of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

We used the Festival's Theory of Change and draft Evaluation Framework to develop a range of evaluation tools and techniques, from audience surveys to qualitative fieldwork, in order to gather robust evidence for their 7 outcomes and 165 projects.
