This small venue in the northernmost part of England had a new box office system, but had never undertaken any analysis on their audience behaviour.
We helped them to run a series of reports themselves, delving slowly into their data to understand and paint a picture of audiences over the past 3 years. With our help they have devised a template for updating this annually, and using it to inform their strategic decision-making.
